An updated Club Constitution, in line with the Baseball Victoria template, was provided to Members
present at the September 2013 AGM for review and comment. The 2014 AGM will pass a motion to see
this updated Club Constitution issued to Consumer affairs for endorsement which will allow the club to
comply with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.
